H\u00e1 anos que fazemos o mesmo e n\u00e3o temos vergonha de o dizer. Presunto Ib\u00e9rico de Guijuelo, com as receitas de sempre, sem inventar o que n\u00e3o \u00e9 preciso. Pelo caminho, melhor\u00e1mos algumas coisas, mud\u00e1mos outras, aprendemos bastante e cheg\u00e1mos a uma conclus\u00e3o que n\u00e3o tem muito o que saber: quando o produto \u00e9 realmente bom, a \u00fanica coisa que tens de fazer \u00e9 n\u00e3o estrag\u00e1-lo.<\/p>
